“Do Rhondama have a minimum order charge?”
Yes we do. Our standard minimum order charge is £5.00 + VAT (and carriage if incurred)
However, for cash sales at the Trade Counter the minimum order charge is £3.00 + VAT.

“How comprehensive is your stock holding?”
With over 75,000 stock lines held over two units we are confident that we can source or manufacture the parts you are looking for.

“What is your delivery like?”
It is our aim to deliver in the UK within 24 hours for all items ex-stock and 48 hours for items sourced externally. Before 09:00, 10:00 and Noon deliveries are available via our daily courier service.

“Do you strip components?”
Yes, but only by prior arrangement. Sometimes it is better to work from the metalwork to provide an ideal sealing solution. If using Rhondama for this service a charge may be incurred. This can be discussed with one of our technicians.

“Are you easy to find?”
Rhondama is situated on the outskirts of Loughborough, just off the main A6. There is ample free parking and our Trade Counter is open from 08:30 until 16:45.

“What are your terms?”
Customer accounts are set up initially via our Sales Staff and terms agreed with our Accounts Department. Cash sales are always welcome and we do take most major cards either via phone sales or over the Trade Counter.
