DMH Seal Master - SM 600

Seal sizes range from 5mm (1/4") ID to 2.5mtr (63") OD and can be manufactured in the following materials.

Polyurethane (PU) Compounds:

	Thermoplastic Polyurethane (Red). Resistant to Hydrolysis, Oil, Petrol, Hot Water, Hot Air, Ozone, Synthetic and Native Esters. FDA approved in accordance with CFR 21-177.22600.
	Thermoplastic Polyurethane (Yellow). Resistant to Hydrolysis, Oil, Petrol, Hot Water, Microbes. FDA approved to CFR 21-177.2600.

Rubbers:

	Nitrile Butadiene Rubber. Resistant to Oil, Petrol, Hot Water, Hot Air, Ozone and Crude Oil. FDA approved to CFR 21-177.2600.
	Ethylene Propylene Diene Rubber. Resistant to (hot) Water, Acids, Bases, Ketones, HFC- and HFD- fluids, Lyes, .4 Brake Fluids, FDA approved to CFR 21-177.2600.
	Fluorocarbon Rubber. Resistant to Greases, Crude Oil, Mineral Oil, Petrol, Aliphatic and Aromatic Hydrocarbons. FDA approved to CFR 21-177.2600.
	Vinyl Methyl Silicone Rubber. Resistant to Acids, Lyes and Mineral Oils. FDA approved.

Plastics:

	Polyoxymethelene/Polyacetal, Resistant to Fuels, Water, Lyes, Lubricants, Alcohols and Solvents. FDA approved.
	Polyethhylene of ultra high molecular weight. High resistance to abrasive wear, good corrosion resistance, good sliding and anti-adhesive behaviour, excellent izod impact strength/high resilience to shock and impact stress, excellent chemical properties recognised as safe for foodstuff applications. FDA approved.

PTFE’s:

	PTFE Virginal. Resistant to almost all Chemicals. FDA approved.
	PTFE II, 40% Bronze filled, 60% Virginal. Resistant to almost all Chemicals.
	PTFE Carbon, 25% Carbon, 75% Virginal. Resistant to almost all Chemicals.
	PTFE Graphite, 15% Graphite, 85% Virginal. Resistant to almost all Chemicals.
	PTFE Glass, 25% Glass Fibres, 75% Virginal. Resistant to almost all Chemicals.

All of the above materials are available for seal Manufacture ex-stock. Other materials are available ex-stock upon request. Please call or e-mail our Technical Department stating application for advice on material selection.

When requesting seal manufacture, please quote either Housing dimensions or Seal sizes.
Metalwork is accepted for Sealing evaluation by prior agreement.
