Rhondama not only offer off the shelf sealing solutions, we also manufacture items specific to your individual requirements. We offer a range of manufacturing services to help meet deadlines and to assist with emergency breakdowns. Our standard manufacturing lead times are usually quoted at 7 working days. This is subject to change during busier periods.

Where downtime is costly we also offer a RAPID service where we can manufacture the seals within a 24 hour period of the order, or the same day. This is £30 for the 24 hour service and £50 for the same day service. For orders over the value of £300, the RAPID service will be 10% of the order value for the 24 hour service and 20% of the order value for the same day manufacture.

This is a cost effective solution that allows you to get non stock items and custome parts manufactured within 24 hours. Please provide us with as much information regarding seal dimensions and housing sizes to ensure that we can run this service as efficiently as possible.

Same Day Manufacture

£50 + VAT

This service is perfect for breakdowns. We offer a while you wait service on manufactured goods to ensure you’re up and running with as little down time as possible. Please provide us with as much information regarding seal dimensions and housing sizes as possible.
